Return / Exchange Policy

Please read our No Return / No Exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General policy

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

  • By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

2. Size and color selection

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and style at the time of purchase.

  • Size charts and product descriptions are provided to help you choose accurately. Please review them carefully before ordering.

3. Custom / made-to-order items

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-measure garments cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Please double-check all measurements, spellings, and customization details when placing your order.

4. Quality and damage issues

Although we follow strict quality checks, if you receive:

  • damageddefective, or incorrect item (wrong product, size, or color from what you ordered), you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

  • In such rare cases, our team will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit. This does not constitute a general return/exchange policy.

  • we will deliver and replace the product or process your credit within 5-7 working days.

5. Conditions not covered

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or compensation:

  • Minor variations in color due to screen/monitor settings.

  • Slight differences in measurements (within a reasonable tolerance).

  • Normal fabric characteristics such as weave variations, slubs, or minor irregularities.

  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care after delivery.

6. Hygiene and safety

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on any worn, used, or tried-on clothing items.

  • All products are checked and packed in clean condition before dispatch.

7. Order changes, cancellations and returns

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been confirmed and paid.

  • Please review your cart, shipping address, and contact details carefully before checkout.

  • Eligible Returns: Unworn items with tags, within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging.
  • Process: Initiate via veenajumanal@gmail.com with order details and photos. Return shipping paid by you (₹99 prepaid label provided).
  • Exchanges: Size/color swaps if stock available; same shipping terms.
  • Refunds: Processed to original payment method in 5-7 business days post-inspection. Defective/wrong items fully refunded including shipping.
    No cash refunds; COD refunds via bank transfer.
