At tots&tiies, we partner with delivery partners to ensure fast, reliable shipping across India for your little one’s clothing. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders above ₹4999. ₹99 be applied for orders within Karnataka and ₹199 for orders outside Karnataka(everywhere within India except Karnataka) . Delivery in 7-9 business days across India.
- Express Shipping: ₹250 flat rate. Delivery in 1-3 business days to major cities.
- Remote Areas: Additional 2-3 days may apply; we’ll notify you at checkout if surcharges exist.
Shipping times start once the order is confirmed and payment cleared. Delivery partners provide real-time tracking via email and SMS.
Order Processing
Orders placed on any day (Mon-Sat) will be ready to ship within 2 working days. Weekends and public holidays may delay processing by 1 day. We ship every business day except national holidays.
Delivery Process
Delivery partner delivers your product to your doorsteps. Provide accurate address and contact details at checkout. Someone must be available to receive; undelivered packages may incur redelivery fees (₹50-100).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available pan-India for delivery. A small COD fee applies.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. Monitor status directly on Delivery partners portal or app.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Contact us within 7 days of expected date with your order number. We’ll coordinate with Delivery partners for resolution—full refund or replacement as per their policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Not covered under shipping policy—see our Returns Policy. Shipping costs for returns borne by customer unless defective.
