Welcome to tots&tiies, your trusted source for comfortable, stylish kidswear inspired by real family moments. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (totstiies.com), services for purchasing children’s clothing. By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return /Exchange Policy. These apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and anyone shopping on behalf of children.
1. Use of Our Website
You must be 18 years or older, or shopping with parental/guardian consent, to use our site. Provide accurate information during registration or checkout. You agree not to misuse the site—such as hacking, spamming, or posting harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Images show true-to-size samples. Prices are in INR, inclusive of taxes (GST as applicable), and exclude shipping unless stated. We may change prices without notice, but confirmed orders lock in the price at checkout. All sales are final except as per our Returns Policy.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are offers to purchase; we accept or reject at our discretion (e.g., stock issues, fraud suspicion). Payment via secure gateways: cards, net banking, UPI, or COD (limited availability). Full payment required upfront except COD. Ownership transfers upon delivery and payment confirmation. We are not liable for payment disputes—contact your bank directly.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Handled via Delhivery as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates; delays don’t entitle refunds unless per policy. Inspect packages at delivery; note damage immediately with the courier.
5. Product Quality & Liability
Products meet Indian safety standards for children’s wear. We aren’t liable for allergies, misuse, or normal wear-and-tear. Liability limited to product price; no consequential damages.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content (images, logos, designs) is owned by tots&tiies. Personal use allowed; commercial reproduction prohibited without written permission.
7. Force Majeure
Delays from events beyond control (strikes, pandemics, natural disasters) excused from liability.
8. Governing Law
These Terms follow Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru courts. Disputes resolved amicably first; arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 if needed.
